Improve athletic ability

Athletes must work on improving their overall athletic skills (strength, stamina, explosiveness, resiliency, etc.). At P10, we cultivate these imperatives through our comprehensive Youth Strength & Conditioning Program.

Unique approach

Regular athletic training is crucial for young athletes’ success in-season. P10’s unique implementation of comprehensive weight training, coupled with explosive athletic training, is designed to develop strong and durable athletes and strong individuals.

Safety

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Program is open to boys and girls. We focus on building foundations for strength training that are grounded in safe lifting practices. Ultimately, this program will improve your young athlete’s endurance, strength, stamina, self-confidence and overall self-image.

All Year Long

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning program runs through out the year and we currently offer our kids 4x or 8x per month training memberships. Currently, our Youth Strength & Conditioning schedule runs at 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM M/W/F and young athletes are welcome to pick any session time that works for them.
